Doha & Across Qatar
We offer reliable shipping throughout Doha and all cities in Qatar.
MENA Region
We ship to all countries in the Middle East and North Africa region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, and more.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Doha & Qatar: Standard local rates apply.
MENA Region: Regional shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
International: Rates vary by country and will be displayed before payment.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 10-20 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking details when applicable.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance processes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
